Tiffany Gauthier, a young, enterprising real estate broker attempts to sell an old New England house but is thwarted by Ray Laflamme, the homeowners' drunk neighbor, is the logline I've thus far used for festival submissions. Whether or not the film itself finds a screen or two in the new restricted festival landscape, remains to be seen, but laurels and such are, for me, beside the point. The great joy of narrative filmmaking is the collaboration. Hopefully the film does find some screens because, frankly, I'd love to showcase the work of such talented people as worked on this film.
